Despite everything we kind of left in good faith and did not worry about this deal. * We returned earlier and agreed on a refund before leaving. So you would actually get 3 nights and 2.5-3 days. you can not sell this as 4 days!!! The first day is half a day too.

This is because of the waves/tides and safety. * First of all, Tony sells 4 days / 3 nights but one of the first things he'll tell you is he will have to return to the mainland very early the last day. There is a ton of things to say about our experience here but for sake of 'brevity' I'll stick to the most striking examples ( I realize this might still result in a lot of text). We booked a 4 days / 3 nights package with 10 dives but left after 2 nights. Spend more money and go for one of the other options. This is a note to picky eaters!įor those who don't want to read any further I don't recommend booking with this company at all! The islands are beautiful but the service is bad and the accommodations are worse (even if you like 'minimal'). the food was fresh and very good local cuisine cooked by the caretakers wife. the island you stay on is NOT a resort, you stay in basic beach cabin (which we loved) on an island the size of a football pitch (English not American) with the caretaker, his wife and two dogs. Any initial apprehension we felt melted away and the whole week was a dream come true.Ĭayos Cuchinos was truly spectacular and we loved the experience so much we are considering going back to do our DM. His passion and abilities for diving are obvious as soon as you hit the water which made us feel totally confident in him. My wife was worried that she wouldn't take to diving but Tony is such as calm person, he creates a perfect learning environment without even trying. My wife and I were looking for a deserted island experience and that is exactly what we got with Pirate Island Divers. We booked our OW PADI with Tony and loved his style and Cayos Cuchinos so much we stayed and did our AOW PADI, wreck dive, night dive and Nitrox certification.
